You may book yourself an appointment.  Your deposit is non-refundable, but will go towards your service fee. You have 48hrs for cancellation to receive your service fee refunded. 

There is no refund for any services after services are rendered.  Only repairs and discounted services are available for any inconvenience that is caused by the stylist.

Days off request is a $25 fee
